Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited's Wealth Banking segment, providing comprehensive financial solutions and building strong, lasting relationships.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients for the Wealth Banking segment.
- Provide tailored financial advice and solutions, including investment products, insurance, and other wealth management services, to meet client goals.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients, ensuring their investment strategies align with market conditions and personal objectives.
- Collaborate with product specialists and other internal departments to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Wealth Banking business.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of various investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth individuals.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., Investment Consultant license, Insurance Agent license) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and strong ethical standards.
