Product Manager (FMCG / Consumer Products) Location: Bangkok Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead product innovation and category growth within a well-established consumer products business. This role is responsible for driving both New Product Development (NPD) and Marketing Strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and commercial partners to deliver business growth and market success.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

Lead end-to-end product development initiatives, including core products, seasonal launches, and special collections.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to develop products aligned with market opportunities and consumer needs.
Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans for new products.
Conduct product training sessions for sales teams and trade partners.
Evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor product performance, sales results, and profitability, providing recommendations for improvement.
Develop annual category plans and product portfolio strategies.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Develop marketing communication materials, including key visuals, promotional materials, and in-store activation tools.
Manage marketing budgets and track campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Lead cross-functional projects from concept development through successful implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or Marketing within FMCG, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Personal Care, Baby Care, or related industries.
Strong experience in New Product Development (NPD), product lifecycle management, and category management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, budget management, and P&L analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Proficient in market research, consumer analysis, and competitive assessment.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative and able to work effectively across multiple functions.
Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
