Sales & Commercial

Drive sales activities and achieve annual sales and profitability targets for the Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Build and manage relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, and end users.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners.

Customer & Market Development

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a customer-centric approach and excellent service delivery.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the renewable energy sector.
Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.

Project & Technical Support

Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to develop customer solutions.
Provide preliminary technical and commercial support during project development and proposal stages.
Support project execution and customer handover activities when required.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
Monitor performance against targets and identify corrective actions as needed.
Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and customer engagement practices.
Support company initiatives related to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of sales or business development experience in Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
Strong understanding of Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing strategic customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and local language.
Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
