Role Summary

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Lead to hunt and win new clients for our data monetization products. You'll own the full commercial cycle — building sales kits, shaping pricing, packaging and selling data solutions, gathering client requirements, and ensuring the final insights and dashboards are delivered to the client's satisfaction. You'll also help educate the market and build category awareness in a developing data monetization space. This is a builder's role for someone who wants to grow a book of business and make an early mark on a growing function.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new commercial clients for our data monetization products across CPG/FMCG brands and manufacturers, retail and commerce partners, banks and financial institutions, and loyalty partners (restaurants, cinemas, entertainment, and more)
Develop compelling sales kits, proposals, and pitch decks that translate complex data capabilities into clear client value
Define pricing and structure commercial models and deal types (e.g., project-based, subscription, usage-based), and lead contract negotiations to close
Sell the full product suite — customer insight analysis, and interactive insights and performance dashboards
Act as a market evangelist — educate prospective clients on the value of data monetization and build category awareness in a developing market
Gather and translate client requirements, working closely with data product owners, data analysts, and data scientists to scope the right solution
Present insights through consultative, story-driven narratives that connect data to clients business priorities and clear so what recommendations, and manage delivery of final results to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in business development, commercial, or sales roles
Proven background in data commercialization / data monetization — selling data products, insights, or analytics solutions is essential
Demonstrated ability to hunt and close new business, ideally across CPG/FMCG, retail, financial services, or loyalty sectors
Strong commercial acumen: comfortable building sales kits, structuring pricing and commercial models, and negotiating contracts
Consultative selling and data storytelling ability — able to translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives for business audiences
Solid understanding of the Thai retail, FMCG, financial services, or loyalty landscape and how these sectors use data
Proven cross-functional collaboration across product, data, and internal & external partner teams
Fluency in Thai and English (required)
