Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager with strong Partnership (Form 1065) and Real Estate Tax experience to manage client engagements and lead tax teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage Form 1065 / Partnership Tax returns
- Handle tax planning, compliance, research, and partnership allocations
- Advise clients on complex tax and transactional matters
- Manage client engagements, teams, and deadlines
- Mentor and develop tax professionals
Requirements:
- 7+ years of US Tax / Public Accounting experience
- 3+ years in a managerial/client-facing role
- Strong Partnership & Real Estate Tax experience
- CA / CPA / EA mandatory
- Experience with multiple entity types: Partnerships, S-Corp, C-Corp and Individuals
- Knowledge of CCH Tax Axcess, XCM, or CaseWare is preferred
- Excellent communication and team management skills
