We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2026 Internship SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Coordinator at Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate, Thailand. In this role, you will support our transformation initiatives by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation and project management within a dynamic industrial environment.

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day activities for the SAP S/4HANA transformation project, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports
  • Support the preparation and distribution of project communications to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and facilitate workflow between departments
  • Support the organization and execution of project meetings, training sessions, and workshops
  • Contribute to the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and database management as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree inIndustrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini), and Power Automate.
  • Previous internship or project coordination experience
  • Understanding of supply chain, finance, or manufacturing operations
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues

Working conditions
. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
. Monthly allowance and housing allowance
