Own your own client accounts from day one. In our Thailand team, this role sits between the brand and our specialists, and you're accountable for whether the client's business actually grows.

About the role

FinT is a global marketing company operating across Asia, headquartered in Japan, with teams in Vietnam and Thailand, and Taiwan coming next. We work with brands including L'Oréal, Bioré, and Asahi Beer, designing campaigns with AI and data. What we hold ourselves accountable to is not campaign reach — it's our clients revenue.

You will join a small, senior team where decisions happen in a day and your work makes a clear difference.

What you'll be doing

・Client ownership — Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, understand their business goals, and turn them into campaign direction

・Campaign planning and delivery — Work with our specialists to plan, launch, and land campaigns on time and on budget

・Performance reporting and consulting — Translate campaign data into clear insight and next-step recommendations the client can act on

・Budget and profitability management — Own quotations, budgets, and margin on your accounts

・Account expansion — Identify new opportunities within existing clients and propose solutions that grow the relationship

・Full-funnel exposure — Work beyond KOL into TikTok Shop, GMV Max, and e-commerce operations

・Cross-border collaboration — Work daily with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam

What we're looking for

Required

・2+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing, advertising, digital, or PR agency

・Business-level English — daily internal and client communication is conducted in English

・Comfortable working with numbers — budgets, campaign KPIs, and performance reporting

・Bachelor's degree

・Based in Bangkok and able to work from our Sukhumvit 23 office

Preferred

・Experience with KOL or influencer marketing campaigns

・FMCG, Beauty, or Retail client portfolio

・Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada

・Experience working with international clients
