Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive with advertising agency experience to manage client relationships, drive project execution, and deliver high-quality marketing and retail solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and expectations
• Manage projects end-to-end with strong problem-solving and execution skills
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, and strategy) to ensure smooth delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
• Present ideas and solutions with a clear strategic approach
• Oversee printing development and production to enhance retail/shop visibility
• Ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables meet client expectations

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Service or Account Management within an Advertising Agency (highly preferred) or Marketing/Retail Communication
• Solid understanding of agency workflow, campaign development, and production processes
• Experience in retail or POSM projects is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent client servicing, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
