JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the B2B Marketplace project by onboarding and engaging sellers (suppliers, merchants, vendors)
- Present and recommend suitable platform solutions to sellers, helping them understand how to sell effectively on the marketplace
- Act as a coordinator between sellers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience
- Assist in maintaining seller database, tracking progress, and preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Conduct outreach activities (online/offline) to build relationships with seller groups
- Support ad-hoc tasks and project activities as assigned
Qualification
- Undergraduate student (3rd–4th year preferred) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and service mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate in Thai/local dialects and basic English
- Skills in AI, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) are a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
