Account Executive

We are looking for a talented and driven Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team at Lockton Wattana Thailand. This is a full-time position based in Silom, Bangkok, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Preparing quotation, placing slip, policy wordings and invoices to complete placement process.
• Handling insurance placement for new enquiries or renewal accounts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-10 years in insurance industry e.g. insurance company or insurance broker
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
• Good in English and MS. Office
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Having Non-Life Insurance Broker License will be helped for consideration.
