What you'll do
- Build and execute a territory sales plan to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships across your assigned industry segment.
- Drive pipeline through proactive prospecting — cold outreach, email campaigns, and market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle — from qualifying leads to orchestrating the right stakeholders and closing deals on time.
- Hit and exceed revenue quotas consistently through strategic account management and disciplined forecasting.
- Nurture long-term client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and repeat business.
- Contribute to monthly revenue forecasting and participate in team-wide growth initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of new business sales experience with a consistent, proven track record of hitting targets.
- Background in IT software, SaaS, or enterprise solution sales — you understand the complexity of the space.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and familiarity with concepts like portals and design patterns.
- Strong presentation and active listening skills — you know how to read a room and tailor your pitch.
- A self-starter mindset — comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
