JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and update seller information; assist in consolidating data for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports/presentations.
• Act as the primary contact to coordinate service requests from sellers and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide additional support, information, and execute other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be an effective communicator and have an ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Work under high pressure
