Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be managing and ensuring your portfolio of accounts is effectively managed and maximise revenue growth. You will be working closely with internal creatives team and ecommerce managers to develop, execute and manage smooth delivery of innovative and impactful digital campaigns for ecommerce, social commerce and creative content. You will be developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. You will be contributing to the development of creative strategies that align with clients overall business goals and objectives.

Experience Needed

A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in account servicing role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Effectively billingual in Thai and English
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge in creative and Gen AI tools for content production will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to think strategically and to understand business objectives and how they can be achieved through creative solutions

  • Organized: Able to work independently, effective time management skills with the ability to manage digital transformation projects; Must be able to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks and possess a sense of urgency to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Team player: Demonstrates a strong ability to support department staff members, managers and establish collaborative relationships with peers.
