Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bangkok. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts. The Account Manager will also handle the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in sales report preparation and forecasting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the networking or technology industry is a plus
