Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to join our Singapore team and take ownership of full-spectrum accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in everything from month-end close and financial reporting to payroll, invoicing, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Full-spectrum accounting, including journals, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Payroll processing and contractor invoicing
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
- Financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support
- Tax and statutory reporting compliance for Singapore
- Intercompany reconciliations and collaboration with regional stakeholders
- Finance systems enhancement and process improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Knowledge of Singapore statutory and payroll requirements
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience supporting multiple entities or countries is a plus
