Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's accounting record keeping, to ensure conformity with government regulations, standard accounting principles (TFRS) and the company's policies;
- Perform daily accounting operations for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash flow forecast, including invoicing and data entry;
- Handle full set of accounts and month/year end closing independently;
- Responsible for general ledger accounting function and all relevant reconciliation of each month and year end;
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including management reports and accounting analysis to identify and explain variances;
- Ensure timely submission of all of the company's tax forms. Organize timely and accurate preparation of documentation pertinent to all of the company's tax responsibilities;
- Good knowledge in local taxation (PND 50 & 51) and checking input tax, output tax and P.P. 30;
- Liaise with auditors and follow up audit issues;
- Organized and attention to details and be able to meet tight timeline;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Finance or Accounting;
- At least 5 years solid experience in handling full set of accounts independently;
- Proficiency in MS office applications;
- Knowledge in Flex System is preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Thai;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; Detailed mind, positive working attitude;
- Independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility.

- Remunerations will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
