We are a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) and regional trading distributor expanding our operations across APAC and Indochina. We are currently seeking a high-caliber [Finance Controller / Regional Finance Manager] to join our regional leadership hub based in Bangkok (conveniently located near the BTS Sukhumvit line).

This role goes beyond traditional accounting—you will act as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, overseeing financial governance, regional reporting, and cross-border financial strategy across the Indochina cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial and management reporting, including detailed variance analysis and reconciliations between local ERP systems and HQ requirements.

• Partner closely with HQ controlling and the Regional CFO to ensure alignment on corporate financial strategies and group-level reporting standards.

• Provide strong oversight on Thai accounting standards, tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and seamless coordination with external auditors.

• Drive commercial understanding by translating financial results into actionable insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.

• Oversee cash flow management, internal financial controls, and risk mitigation across multi-country operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred).

• 8 to 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within an MNC environment, preferably within Trading, Distribution, or Regional Manufacturing sectors.

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Thai accounting, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance.

• Proven track record in ERP implementation/reconciliation and multi-currency consolidation across Indochina markets.

• Exceptional commercial acumen, business partnering capabilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Thai is essential for seamless engagement with local authorities, regional teams, and HQ.
