Accounting and Finance (Tax) Deaprtment Manager - Leasing Business (Location:Minburi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and governance for accounting, Tax, and Finance operations, ensuring integrity, consistency, and compliance across all functions.
• Oversee financial accounting and statutory reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., TFRS/IFRS), tax laws, regulatory requirements, and Honda global policies.
• Ensure effective internal control, financial governance, and risk management frameworks are in place and operating effectively across accounting and finance processes.
• Translate financial and accounting data into clear insights to support executive decision-making and alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Section Manager, ensuring clear role accountability, strong internal coordination, and team capability development.
• Oversee departmental projects related to accounting, finance processes, compliance, and system or policy improvement.

Qualifications:

• At Least bachelor's degree in major of accounting or finance
• Experience in the auto loan business, preferably with experience in hire purchase and leasing including 5 years at Management Level
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statement in term of both TFRS and IFRS
• Pleasant personality and strong management skills
• Good command in English
