Accounting Manager

Role Overview

This role oversees day-to-day accounting and financial operations, manages budgeting and cash flow, and leads month-end and year-end closing processes. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for the group
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, cash monitoring, and cash forecasting
• Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems
• Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with Thai statutory requirements
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of corporate finance/accounting experience in Thailand
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and treasury management
• Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Good command of English; CPA/CPD is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills
