About the Role:
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join with our team to play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Financial:
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and proceed cash flow management.
- Stakeholder management.
2.Accounting:
- Prepare company tax
- Prepare book keeping
- Monitor an accounting data
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain the company's budgeting process.
- Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Prepare financial forecasts to support long-term planning initiatives.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and oversee external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
Team Leadership:
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment within the department.
- Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice.
- Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.
- Continuously evaluate and refine internal controls to mitigate risks and strengthen financial governance.
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial aspects related to the Initial Public Offering (IPO).
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with auditors, advisors, and regulators during the IPO process.
- Ensure the company's financial statements comply with regulatory requirements for IPO
Who Should Apply:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Qualification:
5 7years experience in Accounting and Financial position.
3 -5 years in Management level.
Must have CPD license.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to use program Xero, or have experience to use system on cloud.
Ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and coordination with top management
Flexibility and a positive attitude
