Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the full accounting and finance functions for a newly established company.
• Handle accounting, tax, financial statements, cash flow, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage capital contributions and transactions involving foreign shareholders and overseas investment.
• Coordinate with DBD, Revenue Department, banks, auditors, and external advisors.
• Establish accounting policies, internal controls, approval processes, and financial procedures.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, inventory, and retail accounting operations.
• Prepare financial and management reports for management and overseas shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with management experience preferred.
• Experience with new company setup and/or foreign shareholders/investment is highly preferred.
• Experience in Retail / Fashion / Consumer Products is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards and taxation.
• Good command of English for communication with overseas shareholders and partners.
