Job Description

What awaits you

• Lead technical planning and implementation of tooling technology to achieve quality, cost, volume, and timeline targets.
• Manage procurement, installation, and commissioning of tooling equipment for mechanical production.
• Serve as the key interface between BMW Plant Berlin and Plant Thailand, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing facilities, including production processes, equipment, logistics, IT systems, and workplace safety.Drive tooling process improvement, capacity planning, layout design, and continuous production readiness.
• Lead technology upgrades, change management projects, and future investment initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee tooling budgets, investment targets, audits, and provide technical leadership for tooling operations.
  
  

What should you bring along

• UniversityDegree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field with extensive experience in Technical Planning, Tooling Technology, and Mechanical Production.
• Proven leadership experience managing interdisciplinary organizations, international collaboration, and associates workforce teams.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing technologies, including CNC programming, CAD/CAM, manufacturing engineering, material science, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strategic and analytical leader with strong business management, production planning, time analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fluent in English and Thai, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of BMW production and leadership standards.
