- Support the APDS process and continuous process improvements for achieve line target condition
- Follow and promote all ALV/ ATH policies and procedures
- Support internal department activities.
- New Project Launch readiness on time delivery to customer target
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production improvement, or related areas.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
