We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Creator Assistant Manager to lead and grow our affiliate and creator ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with content creators, driving performance-based campaigns, and maximizing sales through affiliate channels.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of social commerce, influencer marketing, and performance tracking, especially within the beauty and supplement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute affiliate and creator strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate creators, influencers, and KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Plan and manage affiliate campaigns, including product seeding, promotions, and performance incentives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (GMV, conversion rate, ROI) and optimize accordingly
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and Ad Operations teams to align campaign direction and messaging
  • Track affiliate performance and manage commission structures and payouts
  • Identify trends and opportunities in social commerce and affiliate marketing
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for all affiliate-related activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Creator Management
  • Strong understanding of social commerce platforms, especially TikTok Shop or similar ecosystems
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate creators
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
