Affiliate Manager (CFD brokerage experience is required)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), influencers, trading communities, and performance marketing partners in the forex and CFD industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, increasing trading volume, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with partners across global markets.

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, IBs, and strategic partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate on Net Deposit/ Volume per month
• Monitor affiliate performance, trading activities, and campaign ROI if any
• Analyze partner traffic quality and detect suspicious or abusive activities
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Dealing teams regarding partner activities
• Support partners with marketing campaigns, promotions, and educational materials
• Track KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, trading volume, retention, and revenue generation
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Attend industry expos, networking events, and online webinars
• Stay updated on forex industry trends, competitor activities, and regional markets

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate/IB management within Forex, CFD, Crypto, or Fintech industry is a plus
• Existing network of affiliates or IBs is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with data and performance metrics
• Familiarity with CRM systems and affiliate tracking platforms
