Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled After-Sales and Technical Support Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and technical teams by delivering high-impact technical support, hands-on field commissioning, and after-sales service for our renewable energy solutions across the region, with a strong focus on the Thai market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide product technical support, including product training and operational guidance.
• Handle product operation service support, including gathering requirements as well as tracking and escalating issues.
• Travel to project sites when necessary to support equipment commissioning, maintenance, and other after-sales service tasks.
• Perform basic repairs on energy storage products, including but not limited to parts replacement, circuit inspection, and wiring repair, ensuring repaired products meet operational standards.
• Maintain repair records and feedback: document fault details, repair processes, parts used, and outcomes for every job to build a maintenance log; promptly escalate complex issues that cannot be resolved locally.
• Regularly compile user requirements and implementation summaries, providing product improvement suggestions and plans.
• Report work progress to clients, the After-Sales Service Department, and R&D teams.
• Proficiently use common electrical tools.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with photovoltaic (PV) modules, solar inverters, and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Thailand solar market.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient working fluency in English or Chinese (written and spoken).
• Residency: Local Thai nationals or candidates holding a valid Thailand residence/work permit are strongly preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Background in Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a basic understanding of PV modules, inverters, and energy storage systems.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Renewable Energy, Photovoltaics (PV), Inverters, Industrial Electrical Equipment, or Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
