Job Details:
• After Sales Service: Support customers regarding product returns, address changes, and invoice requests.
• Sales Inbound: Provide information about products, available stock, and delivery schedules.
• Payment Support: Assist customers in resolving payment issues, such as declined credit card transactions, installment plans, and payment processing.
• Order Support: Check and troubleshoot issues related to order placement.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or higher.
• Open to new graduates and candidates without experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts with no frequent absences.
