Responsibilities:
The After-Sales Area is responsible for managing after-sales service operations within assigned regions. This role ensures customer satisfaction, dealer performance, and service quality while driving revenue growth through after-sales programs. The position requires close collaboration with dealers, service teams, and internal departments to enhance customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.
- Main Responsibilities and Obligations of the Position: Develop and implement comprehensive after-sales strategies for your assigned area, aligned with overall company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and achieve aggressive sales targets for parts, service contracts, and other after-sales products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and workshops in your area.
- Provide technical and business support to dealerships and workshops, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct training programs for dealership staff on new products, services, and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on after-sales activities and results.
- Travel throughout your assigned area to visit dealerships and workshops.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Solve customers complaints.
Qualifications:
Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree
Professional Skills:
- Proficient in using English and Thai as working languages for communication; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Familiar with methods and procedures for handling user complaints.
- Familiar with dealer store-side verification management.
- Skilled in using data analysis tools.
- Possess good communication and learning abilities, innovative thinking and proactive awareness, strong language expression and team collaboration skills, and adept at conducting cross-departmental communication work.
- Candidates with more than two years of automotive brand management experience are preferred.
