Agency Specialist

Responsibility:

1.Follow up on the daily operation and management of content creators(Artists).

2.Set up the training and services systems for Artists.

3.Establish and deliver the performance to content creators in time, and can actively assist the Artists to improving their performance.

4.Maintain the operation work and keep improving the previous workflow to generate better outcomes.

5.Complete other tasks related to agencies or Artists.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Chinese communication, and HSK4 or above level certificate is preferred.

2.Having certain ideas and interests in the live-streaming industry, being good at communicating with artists and cross-department, have good communication and collaboration skills.

3.Good Office (Powerpoint and Excel) Skills, a background in customer service management, social media operation, or local sales fields.
