Agricultural Industry Division Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Area Management

Chiang Rai (Focus: Diverse Agriculture and Tourism Support)

• Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of key crops, including rubber, tea, fruit crops, and greenhouse crops, to achieve production targets.
• Plan and control landscape architecture and landscape management to maintain attractive, well-maintained areas that are ready to accommodate and attract tourists throughout the year.

Nan and Ratchaburi

• Manage and develop agricultural areas, such as fruit orchards and coconut plantations, or develop land to generate revenue.
• Control cultivation and harvesting standards to ensure compliance with established systems and standards.

Overall Management

• Prepare annual cultivation plans, harvesting plans, and production forecasts for all areas.
• Prepare and control the division's operating expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Manage workforce allocation and productivity effectively, or explore outsourcing and contract farming approaches.
• Implement modern agricultural technologies (Smart Farming), irrigation systems, and data management systems to increase productivity and reduce labor requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Crop Production Technology, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale farms or plantations.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in agri-tourism operations or large-scale landscape management is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of perennial crops (rubber), specialized economic crops (tea and fruit crops), and greenhouse technology.
• Ability to plan integrated irrigation, fertilization, and pest management systems.
• Valid driver's license, proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, and able to travel to other provinces regularly.
