About the Opportunity

AI is changing how businesses build applications, automate processes, and deliver better customer experiences. This is an opportunity to join a Microsoft technology partner where you'll work on real-world digital transformation projects, combining C# / .NET development, enterprise integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform.

We're looking for a Junior Application Developer who is excited about AI and wants to develop their technical capabilities across modern Microsoft technologies.

You don't need to be an AI expert. What matters is having a solid software engineering foundation, an understanding of integrations, and the curiosity to learn how AI can be applied to solve business problems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using C# / .NET, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure.
• Support the development and integration of AI-powered features into business applications.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, and integrations between different applications.
• Work with Azure services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps, to support application workflows and integrations.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and custom connectors.
• Assist with integrating Microsoft business applications, third-party systems, and enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with senior developers, Solution Architects, and Functional Consultants to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Learn and apply emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and intelligent automation, within enterprise solutions.

What We're Looking For

Technical Foundation

• 1–5 years of experience in software development, application development, or a related technical role.
• Experience with C# / .NET development, preferably ASP.NET Core or equivalent frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration concepts.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data exchange between systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to develop technical expertise.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Exposure to generative AI, LLM applications, AI tools, or AI-powered software development.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Foundry is advantageous.
• Interest in learning how AI can be integrated into business applications and automated workflows.
• Academic, personal, internship, or professional AI projects are welcome.

Microsoft Power Platform

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dataverse.
• Understanding of APIs, custom connectors, or integrations with external systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or Microsoft business applications is a plus.
