Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI-Augmented Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program management, AI-enabled delivery, automation, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies.
Leverage AI and automation tools for planning, forecasting, reporting, risk identification, and decision support.
Manage program risks, dependencies, financial controls, and escalations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and change management.
Engage senior stakeholders and lead executive governance meetings.
Drive production readiness, deployment, operational transition, user adoption, and business value realization.
Validate AI-generated insights and ensure responsible and secure use of AI-enabled tools.

Required Qualifications

15–17 years of professional experience in program management, enterprise delivery, or transformation leadership.
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
Experience with AI-enabled delivery, intelligent automation, copilots, or agent-supported workflows.
Strong knowledge of program governance, risk and dependency management, financial control, and benefits realization.
Experience driving initiatives from development through production deployment and adoption.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of business transformation and change management.
