AI Engineer

Job Description

1. Design, and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning to improve production efficiency.
2. Implement, fine-tune, and maintain Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI models, and other deep learning architectures.
3. Explore and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance solution effectiveness.
4. Integrate AI models into production systems & Optimize model performance.
5. Troubleshoot issues related to data, models, or system integration.
6. Provide technical support to internal teams using AI tools or solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
2. Advanced writing and communicate in English.
3. Experience with generative AI tools, 2-5 years of experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
4. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
5. Hands-on experience in building, training, and evaluating AI models.
6. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.

Working conditions
. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
