Responsibilities
- Conduct policy research and development: Study existing laws, analyze their impact on AI, and propose new policies.
- Perform legal and ethical analysis: Evaluate AI systems for compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with policymakers, academic experts, and private industry to develop balanced policies.
- Educate the public: Communicate policy implications to the public and advocate for responsible AI practices.
- Identify risks and monitor developments: Assess risks, propose mitigation strategies, and stay informed about technological and legal changes.
- Degree in public policy, law, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging regulations.
- Strong research and communication skills.
