Essential Skills: MOT Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design| build| and optimize AI-powered chatbot for ecommerce site that helps customers discover products| compare items| and answer product questions using natural language. Solution is based on Azure OpenAI (GPT-5.4 family) with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over product data| category taxonomies| and a knowledge base of FAQs. Key Responsibilities Design| develop| and deploy conversational chatbots using AI and ML. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions. Develop and maintain large-scale chatbot architectures and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chatbot development. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and ML. Implement automated testing and deployment scripts for efficient workflow.
