Manage the full cycle of airfreight shipment from booking to delivery, including but not limited to booking receiving, book with airlines/coloaders, arrange pickup and Customs declaration, prepare MAWB/HAWB, send pre-alert, update all shipment data and milestones into system timely etc.
Liaise with airlines or coloaders to secure competitive rates, and provide quotation to external and internal inquiries
Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Provide proactive updates on shipment status, potential delays, and solutions.
Complete revenue and cost entry into system as per KPI requirements, issue invoice timely and follow up on AR outstanding
Complete document filing as per company standard procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, fluent in both written and spoken English, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
5 years hands-on airfreight forwarding operations experiences, preferably in global freight forwarders
Familiar with CargoWise system is a plus
Team player, good communication skills, and air operations related problem solving experiences
