Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of airfreight shipment from booking to delivery, including but not limited to booking receiving, book with airlines/coloaders, arrange pickup and Customs declaration, prepare MAWB/HAWB, send pre-alert, update all shipment data and milestones into system timely etc.
  • Liaise with airlines or coloaders to secure competitive rates, and provide quotation to external and internal inquiries
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Provide proactive updates on shipment status, potential delays, and solutions.
  • Complete revenue and cost entry into system as per KPI requirements, issue invoice timely and follow up on AR outstanding
  • Complete document filing as per company standard procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, fluent in both written and spoken English, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • 5 years hands-on airfreight forwarding operations experiences, preferably in global freight forwarders
  • Familiar with CargoWise system is a plus
  • Team player, good communication skills, and air operations related problem solving experiences
