Analyst (Must Have File Transfer, Prefer Java API for XML Web Services (JAX-WS),MySQL Encryption)

Job Description

. We are seeking a System Analyst with at least 2 years of IT experience in application/platform maintenance or production environment support.

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EFT job management, SFTP, security certificates, PKI, and file transfer technologies, along with a good understanding of Windows/Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage and monitor production systems, applications, and infrastructure.

. Perform application/platform maintenance, system patching, deployments, and health checks.

. Create and maintain jobs in EFT applications and perform post-maintenance job validation.

. Monitor production jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.

. Perform SLIFT key, SFTP password, SSL, and RDP certificate changes.

. Support PKI and Titan SFTP environments.

. Monitor application performance and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues.

. Maintain system security, backup, and redundancy measures.

. Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.

. Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.

. Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

Minimum Requirements

. Diploma or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in application/platform maintenance or production support.

. Hands-on experience working in a production environment.

. Experience creating and maintaining EFT jobs and performing post-maintenance health checks.

. Experience with SFTP, file transfer, and file encryption technologies.

. Experience with PKI, SSL/RDP certificates, and security keys.

. Experience with Titan SFTP is highly preferred.

. Good knowledge of Windows administration, UNIX/Linux, scripting, and cron.

. Knowledge of Java/JAX-WS web services is preferred.

. Knowledge of XML, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL/MySQL, and encryption concepts.

. Familiarity with EAI/MFT and COTS tools.
