Job Description

• Provide technical expertise on beverage processing systems, process technology, and production workflows.
• Support process engineering activities involving water treatment, CIP/SIP systems, flow diagrams, and process optimization.
• Deliver technical support for Contiflow systems and related beverage processing equipment.
• Assist customers with aseptic manufacturing operations and hygiene management practices.
• Support validation activities and ensure compliance with aseptic processing requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to fillers, blow molders, and beverage processing equipment.
• Manage service requests, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Prepare service documentation, technical reports, and maintenance records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding process and aseptic technology matters.
• Provide technical consulting and recommendations to improve equipment performance and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct technical coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and service engineers.
• Support customer training programs and technical academy initiatives.
• Manage tools, claims, and service-related activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across the APAC region to provide onsite technical support and project assistance.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in beverage processing, aseptic technology, or process engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Experience with water treatment, CIP/SIP, process flow systems, and aseptic operations.
• Familiarity with filler, blow molding, and beverage packaging technologies.
• Proven experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing engineering services.
• Ability to diagnose complex equipment and process-related challenges effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in international business environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of business administration and service operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills would be an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC region.
