Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
- Gather user requirements and business needs and formalize them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Analyze regulatory and business requirements and produce Functional Specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes and provide impact analysis documentation.
- Manage, collaborate, and track progress with business users, regulators, external partners, development teams (regional and local vendors).
- Prepare training materials, user manuals, and deliver training sessions to business users.
- Execute application and system testing and support users during UAT.
- Prepare documentation and processes required for deployment and go-live.
- Support users after go-live, handling enquiries and service requests.
- Provide production application support, investigate incidents, propose workarounds and solutions in coordination with regional and vendor teams.
- Manage and track incidents, problems, and preventive maintenance related to functionality, performance, and security.
- Plan and support IT Continuity and Business Continuity initiatives (e.g., Disaster Recovery Tests, Live Play).
- Create and maintain IT processes and documentation.
- Perform regular IT operational processes and reporting activities.
About You
- You have experience in application support, functional analysis, or business analysis.
- You are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders (users, vendors, regulators, technical teams).
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate business needs into structured documentation.
- You are familiar with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- You have strong communication and training skills.
- You can work both autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment.
- You are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and committed to service quality.
