AR & AP Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare payment to Insurance company in our system and online banking.
2. Maintain AR commission for direct premium to insurance company.
3. Collect Performance OV/Challenging OV and outstanding commission and issuing receipt/tax invoice.
4. Prepare payment to supplier including issue WHT certificate.
5. Interact with insurer to resolve payment/commission/OV issues and inform them about processing credit card transactions.
6. Prepare input and output VAT for submitting tax to the revenue department.
7. Review accounts receivable transactions and bank reconciliation (cash receipt).
8. Perform day to day accounts receivable operations and month end closing. Recording cash, WHT, cheque, and credit card transactions received from customers and prepare related documents.
9. Prepare the necessary documents and job orders to pick up the cheque, as well as verify the correctness of the cheque before depositing it.
10. Contact client for WHT certificate of the receipt (that customer didn't send to us yet). Coordinate with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate data is available for preparation of related reports.
11. Review and analyze AR aging report and focus on long outstanding transaction.
12. Ad-hoc assignment requested by direct leader / management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in Accounting and Finance functions.
3. Experience in the insurance broker industry is an advantage
4. Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
5. Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
6. Good written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English.
