Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Execution
- Drive sales and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, productivity) across all stores
- Execute commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus
- Identify gaps and lead immediate performance recovery actions
Store Operations & Compliance
- Ensure excellence in daily operations including Fitting Room practice, Stock Transfer SOPs, Security SOPS, POS, and audit readiness
- Maintain discipline in cash handling, processes, and compliance
- Resolve operational issues with speed and accountability
Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure stock accuracy, availability, and replenishment
- Oversee stock takes, transfers, and loss prevention
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising to allocate and replenish items to the right store and in the right amounts
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Deliver a consistent premium brand experience
- Elevate service quality and product knowledge
- Ensure strong visual merchandising and store presentation
People Leadership & Productivity
- Lead and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers
- Drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning
- Optimize manpower planning, rostering, and efficiency
Operational Planning & Communication
- Translate strategy into clear store-level actions
- Conduct regular store visits with actionable feedback
- Align teams and report on performance, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3–5 years in a multi-store / area management role.
- Proven track record in fashion sport retail or premium brand management, with strong exposure to store operations, clienteling, and customer experience excellence.
- Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and commercial KPIs across multiple locations.
- Solid background in people leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
- Experience in new store openings, market expansion, or brand launch projects is highly desirable.
