Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth in the assigned geographical area.
  • Direct and manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve their performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to determine progress and evaluate success.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Availability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
