ASEAN Infrastructure Lead

Location: Based in Thailand.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms across the ASEAN region.

This role combines infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and project leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing IT solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and technology partners to ensure the reliability, resilience, and future readiness of our infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Architecture & Operations

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions across network, cloud, server, storage, and cybersecurity domains.
• Develop scalable and secure infrastructure architectures aligned with business and technology requirements.
• Produce and maintain infrastructure documentation, technical diagrams, and standards.
• Ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and operational excellence through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure challenges.

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead regional infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, cloud initiatives, migrations, and technology modernization programs.
• Manage project delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and value optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Cloud, Automation & Innovation

• Lead the adoption of modern infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms, disaster recovery solutions, and enterprise security capabilities.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance business capabilities and long-term technology strategy.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Cybersecurity, Governance & Compliance

• Strengthen infrastructure security through the implementation of best practices, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Lead risk assessment, vulnerability management, incident response readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure policies, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, architecture, implementation, and support.
• Strong hands-on experience across enterprise infrastructure technologies, including:
• Networking (Routing & Switching)
• Firewalls, SD-WAN, and VPN technologies
• Infrastructure monitoring and management tools
• Virtualization platforms
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure security controls, risk management, and secure architecture design.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure projects and managing complex technology environments.
• Experience in infrastructure cost optimization, capacity planning, and operational management.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
