MR. D.I.Y. is looking for experienced professionals to support and manage mission-critical ASRS software systems within our automated warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining high availability of warehouse automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for ASRS software, WMS integrations, and automation platforms
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot software issues and hardware interface connections such as conveyors, shuttles, and cranes
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Manage system configurations, patches, upgrades, and deployments
- Maintain documentation for incidents, changes, and system performance
- Support end-users and vendors on system functionality and issue resolution
- Ensure 24/7 operational continuity through on-call or shift support
- Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, and external vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience for Engineer level / 7+ years for Manager level
- Experience in application support, warehouse systems, or automation software
- Knowledge of ASRS, WMS, ERP, or warehouse control systems
- Technical skills in SQL, Java, Linux, Windows, or scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in Thai and English is required
- Chinese language is a plus
- Able to work shifts or on-call when required
