Vejthani International Hospital is seeking an experienced physician leader to join our executive team as Assistant Chief Operating Officer (Clinical Operations).

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role oversees clinical support services and works closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless clinical operations and outstanding patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize clinical support units to effectively support physicians, nurses, and caregiving teams.
• Monitor day-to-day clinical operations and facilitate timely resolution of operational challenges.
• Improve coordination across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Strengthen patient flow, access to care, and operational efficiency across clinical services.
• Promote effective, timely, appropriate, patient-centered, and efficient healthcare delivery.
• Partner with the COO and hospital leadership team to execute strategic clinical initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications

MD with Board Certification in a recognized specialty

MBA, Master of Management, MHA, or equivalent postgraduate degree

Approximately 45 years old

Leadership experience in hospital operations, clinical services, or medical administration

Strong communication, collaboration, and people management skills

Thai resident

English proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 785, TOEFL iBT ≥ 72, or IELTS ≥ 5.5
