Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Messaging: Develop and refine key corporate messages for business updates, corporate initiatives, executive communication, and external engagements.
- Corporate Writing & Editorial Excellence: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality corporate content in English (British), ensuring accuracy, professional tone, strong narrative flow, and consistency with corporate positioning.
- Corporate News & Content Development: Develop corporate news, articles, company profiles, executive messages, presentations, corporate stories, and other communication materials.
- Awards & Recognition Content: Prepare compelling content for corporate awards, rankings, recognition programs, and external submissions by translating business achievements into clear and persuasive narratives.
- Corporate Language & Quality Control: Ensure consistency of English terminology, tone of voice, writing style, and language quality across key corporate communication materials.
- Corporate Representation: Represent the company as a speaker, presenter, moderator, or host for company visits, universities, business partners, delegations, and external stakeholders.
- Project Communications: Coordinate communication activities and materials for corporate projects, events, partnerships, social initiatives, foundation activities, and other business initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a communication focal point with internal teams, executives, business units, foundations, and external stakeholders to gather information, align messages, and ensure timely communication delivery.
- Corporate Presentation & Engagement Materials: Prepare corporate presentations, talking points, executive briefs, factsheets, scripts, and supporting materials for key stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, English Language, Applied Linguistics, English Studies, Translation, Business English, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Branding, Corporate Content, or related roles within a corporate organization.
- Excellent command of English, particularly corporate writing, editing, proofreading, and professional storytelling.
- Strong English (British) writing and communication skills.
- Proven experience developing corporate news, executive communications, presentations, company profiles, award submissions, or external-facing content.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills with confidence in representing the company in English (British)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong judgment in language, tone, accuracy, and corporate image.
