Assistant Director of Finance

The Assistant Director of Finance (ADOF) is responsible along with the Director of Finance (DOF) for the oversight of the hotel's general ledger financials. Additionally, this position will be responsible for efficiently running the Finance department in line with Hyatt Corporate standards while meeting guest and owner expectations.

• 4 or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferable in hospitality
• Experience supervising accounting staff members
• Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have excellent organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
