Job Description

Job Purpose:

Assistant Manager-Brand Marketing & Insight, this role supports marketing planning and execution, brand concept creation, and insight-based development initiatives for new & current brand of Minor Food. Primary focus of the role is hands-on marketing execution, followed by creative concept development for existing and new brands. The role also includes portion involves basic market and consumer research to ensure ideas are grounded in consumer understanding and market trends both on existing brand communication and new brand concept creation.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Support day-to-day execution of marketing activities across digital and offline platforms includes campaign rollouts, simple graphic creation, promotional activities, and local store execution.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and promotional schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with partnership campaigns and third-party stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives and promotion to drive growth via aggregator platforms.
  • Leads new product development and launch plan for the campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on weekly brand performance and campaign metrics (e.g., sales data, engagement, traffic, and sentiment). Analysis the results into actionable plan for future optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-level marketing materials, strategy decks, and internal communications for executive management reviews.

Concept Development

  • Conduct desk research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support brand strategic decision-making for existing and new brand development.
  • Support the ground-up creation of new brands, including defining brand positioning, developing creative directions, and designing pre-opening marketing elements.
  • Assist in the design of 360 IMC plans and craft compelling key messages for new brand launches.
  • Track cultural, lifestyle, and category trends relevant to brand development and innovation.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Gemini, Midjourney) to support in generating concept ideas, mood boards, and visual directions is preferred.
  • Manage ad-hoc consumer and market analysis tasks as assigned to validate brand hypotheses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Marketing / Communication arts or relevant subjects.
  • Min 2-3 years of related experience in brand marketing or creative agency.
  • Fluent in English & Thai, MS Office (advance PPT & Excel required)
  • Good to have an ability in using basic AI tool and graphic design is preferred.
  • Consumer research experience/exposure – both quantitative and qualitative is a plus
