Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for field-based positions across multiple regions and client accounts.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for high-volume and mass recruitment requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frontline, retail, sales, merchandising, and field operations roles.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure quality hires.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Operations Teams, and Clients to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Provide recruitment market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, educational institutions, and community networks.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and coach Field Resourcing Specialists/Recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and service excellence.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and recruitment KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support the professional development and capability building of the recruitment team.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of candidate records, recruitment databases, and reporting dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and recruitment automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Compliance
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and ethical hiring practices.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and other talent attraction activities to support business growth.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Identify recruitment challenges and implement innovative solutions to support rapid business expansion and client demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Field Resourcing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven experience in high-volume (mass) recruitment for frontline, retail, sales, merchandising, field operations, or outsourced workforce positions.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment projects across multiple locations and meet aggressive hiring targets within tight timelines.
- Experience working with recruitment systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers, Operations Teams, and Business Leader.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
