Job Summary

Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to handle and support Finance & Accounts operations, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, financial reporting, banking, treasury and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports, MIS and financial statements.
• Manage statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
• Support MCA/ROC filings and statutory compliance.
• Handle banking activities and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and fund requirements.
• Coordinate CC, OD, LC, BG and other banking facilities, where applicable.
• Review bank, ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Support finance activities related to gold, diamonds, pearls, gemstones and precious metals.
• Assist in gold/silver hedging and related finance activities, where applicable.
• Supervise and guide junior finance/accounting team members.
• Improve finance processes, internal controls, SOPs and reporting systems.
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
• Practical experience in financial reporting and MIS.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience in statutory/internal audit coordination.
• Knowledge of banking, treasury and working capital management.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Educational Qualification

CA / CA Final / CMA / CMA Final / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / Any relevant Finance & Accounts qualification

Professional qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts may also be considered.
